Owing to our representation of certain clients that have been directly in the crosshairs of EU and national regulators, Oswell & Vahida has carved out a recognized leading role in State aid complaints and related litigation before the European Courts, be it in defense cases against alleged State aid or in complaints and appeals against the grant of such aid. The firm is currently lead counsel in more than a dozen pending State aid proceedings before European and national courts.
