Emmanuel Dieny focuses on French and European competition law. He regularly advises and represents clients in connection with merger control, anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, restrictive trade practices and investigations by competition authorities. He often appears before the French Competition Authority and French commercial courts.
 

His clients include industrial companies (such as producers of glass, car components, pharmaceuticals, oil refinery and distribution companies, energy and communications network operators, construction firms), service providers (in the leisure industry, IT services, insurance, maintenance and facility management sectors) and research organizations.
 

Emmanuel lectures on competition law at the Universities of Caen Basse-Normandie (DJCE & Master 2, Competition law) and Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Master 2, Law and Economics), and has lectured on the relationship between competition law and intellectual property at the University of Paris 8 Saint-Denis (Master 2, Healthcare Law).
