Alexis Wochenmarkt counsels both Belgian and international clients with regards to Belgian corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing and restructuring businesses. He has also acquired considerable experience in real estate transactions and commercial and civil litigation.
 

Alexis started his career in major business law firms such as Stibbe (1997), Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP (2001) and Simont Braun (2007).
