Alexandre Cassart is specialized in aviation and technology law.
 

He advises and represents companies and individuals on aviation law (e.g., leasing, licensing, liability, drone law, passenger rights under EU regulation 261/2004, package travel directive) and technology law (e.g., negotiations with IT providers, IT contracts, data protection, intellectual property issue).
 

He has ample experience in litigation before civil and commercial Courts and associated procedural matters.
 

Alexandre is an affiliated fellow at the Research Centre for Information, Law and Society (Centre de Recherches en Information, Droit et Société) of the University of Namur.

 

He is the author of books and articles on technology law and aviation law, including one of the few books on drone law. He is regularly invited as a speaker on these topics.
